Steamed Prawn with Garlic



Ingredients: 

10 pieces prawn can be headless (cut the back and clean the dirt)
250gr vermicelli (soaked in a hot water until it soft)
5 cloves garlic (crushed and minced then fried until golden color)
chopped spring onion or coriander for dressing
Soy sauce

How:

Rinse vermicelli and drained, put it on a steamer plate, filled the back of the prawn with fried garlic and arrange it on top of the vermicelli. Reheat the steamer until water is boiled then steam  the prawn for 5-7 minutes or until the prawn just cook. Garnish with spring onion or coriander, sprinkle with soy sauce. 


Tips: Do not let prawn become over cook because its gonna make the texture of the prawn become harder
