Home Made Fried Rice


Ingredients:

1 bowl of cooked rice
Half tomato cut cube
1 small carrot cut cube
Onion cut cube
Minced chicken/pork meat
Spring onion cut small
Garlic minced
Ginger minced
2 egg
Soya sauce
Pepper powder
Cooking oil
How to make?

First fry one egg sunshine half cook/cooked according to preference, set it aside for decoration later.

Scrumble another egg and set it aside. Fry garlic and ginger until its smells and add minced meat stir, add onion, carrot, and tomato,  soya sauce, pepper powder and stir them well and let it be for around 3-5 minutes. Add rice and stir them again and add scrumble egg and stir them again until the rice and everything combine together and cook, add spring onion at the end and serve it with sunshine egg.

PS: You can use other ingredients you have in your kitchen such as corn, green peace, string bean, any kind you have to mix with the rice.
